Account Executive

Tractor Zoom is looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to help find and close deals as we bring new products to market. If you take pride in your work and are creative enough to help build something out of nothing, you’re in the right place. We’re growing very quickly and need an additional hustler to join the team assembled here in West Des Moines. If you perform, you will be compensated appropriately and will have the ability to grow with this fast-rising startup.

What You’ll Do:

• Own, manage and drive the full sales cycles- from the first contact through contract negotiation/close
• Consultative selling, uncover objectives and push hard when pain aligns with value proposition
• Maintain updated sales records and opportunity status in Hubspot
• Forecast sales activity, revenue achievement and build/manage a robust pipeline
• Travel to do face-to face demos and/or perform online demos
• Help guide an align sales and marketing efforts
• Help our sales team kick major ass

Who We’re Looking For: (The more of these you check off, the better)
• 2+ years experience selling SaaS tools or software at the Account Executive level
• Exceptional communication both written and verbal
• Solid people skills and ability to build strong relationships
• Problem solver with high curiosity, energy, enthusiasm and desire for continuous improvement
• Self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptive
• You’ve built systems & processes from scratch
• Understanding of multiple sales techniques and outreach/engagement tactics
• Strong negotiation and business development experience • Consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully aligning solutions
• Eager to get in on the ground floor of a growing department and helping to scale it
• Experience at a startup and/or in banking, insurance or heavy machinery sectors
