Business Development Representative

Tractor Zoom is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to help drive sales as we bring new products to market. What You’ll Do:

• Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, emailing and using any means possible to engage prospects
• Manage social media tools for prospect development
• Interact with target prospects and understand when their pain aligns with our value propositions
• Generate qualified leads and set sales appointments and demos
• Manage and document all work in CRM (Hubspot)
• Help our sales team kick major ass

Who We’re Looking For: (The more of these you check off, the better)

• 1+ years of sales/business development experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication • Detail-oriented and thorough; effectively juggle multiple tasks/projects at once in a highly fluid work environment
• An appetite for learning with the ability to receive and implement feedback
• Organized and independent; you’re both an individual contributor and a team player
• Passionate and relentless about growth; you’re not deterred by setbacks and enjoy the process of building something over time, take pride in your work and embrace a challenge
• Experience at a startup and/or in banking, insurance or heavy machinery sectors
