Dwolla is accepting applications for the Delivery Management role, a key position in every product development project. Delivery Managers are embedded in each of our agile development teams, where their primary focus is removing impediments that block or slow the team down. Delivery Managers must be quick learners, as they have to grasp and articulate technical concepts regularly. They must be able to establish credibility and rapport with technical team members, and should possess the skills to coordinate technical items with both technical and non-technical audiences.
What You’ll Do:
Facilitate the agile product development process through iteration planning, backlog refinement, review, and retrospective meetings for product development teams.
Communicate throughout the company on behalf of the development team.
Work with other product teams to organize, schedule, and deliver work dependencies in large cross-team projects.
Encourage continuous improvement while leveraging existing team processes.
Provide visibility of project status to other teams and management.
Promote continuous improvement and protect our culture of innovation.
Remove impediments that block team progress.
Act as servant leader to facilitate execution and delivery.
Leverage project management skills to organize large and highly complicated projects.
Partner with various job disciplines including Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and User Experience Designers.

What You’ll Need:
Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Project Manager or other Agile-related role
Familiarity with Agile management software, such as Jira
Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills
Established analytical and problem solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Sharp organizational skills with an eye for detail
