We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales who is dedicated to building a world class sales team through development and execution of an outside sales strategy. Working within the Sales team, this role will work closely with Scale and Sales Development teams, as well as Customer Success to deploy consistent and scalable sales processes. The Director of Enterprise Sales will be accountable for driving sales success through attainment of MRR and AR sales targets, as well as increasing our target client size through Enterprise sales wins.

The ideal candidate will have a background from a “Software As A Service” environment within Sales, as well as proven sales performance on lead management & conversion to close/won.


Lead and manage the Enterprise Sales team inclusive or onsite and remote positions
Support sales prospect meetings as required (travel required)
Collaborate with Marketing on development of targeted pitch decks by industry/vertical
Develop a direct sales strategy inclusive of lead generation, targeted communications/drop campaigns, event support/speaking engagements and customer onsite visits
Support Monetery as a Sales leader and facilitate and foster key relationships
Contribute to the overall success and achievement of Sales MRR and AR quota targets
Execute on all internal SLAs for sales opportunity management
Responsible for day to day management of reporting sales team members including but not limited to; monitoring sales activity, providing feedback/coaching, negotiating and deal structure, pipeline management, process management, performance reviews, and other activities that result in an effective and consistent sales process
Support Enterprise Sales Representative hiring process, including candidate pipelining, screening and candidate selection recommendations
Support Enterprise Sales Representatives in structuring partner proposals and negotiating key contract terms
Manage performance and compensation reviews and develop employee coaching plans
Foster a high performance culture within the Enterprise Sales team
Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation initiatives in an effort to drive broader target audiences and revenue streams
Collaborate with Legal and Risk & Compliance on continued automation of the discovery process through lead qualification
Partner with the Salesforce Administrator on enhancements needed for lead management/reporting
Support new hire training/onboarding sessions for Sales


B.A. in Business or related field
8+ years Sales experience
3-5 years Leadership experience
3-5 years Enterprise/Outside Sales experience
Strong sales background and experience within a B2B SAAS organization
Strong deal pricing and negotiation experience
Excellent presentation skills and ability to drive command in key discussions
Proven track record of meeting and/or achieving set sales quotas
Financial responsibility of project and/or area operating budget
Ability to build and foster a collaborative and high performing team
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Ability to embrace change and drive creative solutions to yield expected results
Ability to work independently under tight timelines with excellent communication to internal stakeholders
Experience with Salesforce from a lead management and reporting perspective
