You will join our team in building the ideal platform to move money, giving businesses the tools they need to access the ACH network and improve their payments process.

The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant is to partner with the CEO to ensure smooth operation of the business on a day to day basis. This role will be incredibly influential assisting the CEO in balancing growth and harmony at work and at home.

You’ll work with other CEOs, representatives from some of the world’s largest companies, interact with government officials and toddlers to match. There is no problem too big or too small for you to help guide others to resolve and jump in as needed.

You will assist in the prioritization of the CEOs time across a number of demands. You will be the first line of assisting the CEO in planning ahead for things known and reacting to things unknown.

You are a people person, comfortable interacting with people from all walks of life regardless of age, ethnicity, gender identity, wealth, title, or sexual orientation. You will partner day to day with a CEO to be a steward of positive outcomes for the company and for the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help maintain the calendar with the CEO; scheduling, confirming, negotiating for meeting space with relevant attendees and request and confirm all meeting room technology and needed equipment or supplies.
Proactively communicate and maintain a constantly moving calendar based on surprises, time zone shifts and life.
Prepare dossiers as needed for key meetings and events in coordination with the Dwolla team.
Track and document outcomes from events, meetings, and travel, learning new tools as needed.
Coordinate domestic and international travel through preferred providers.
Track relevant travel and expense receipts for accurate accounting reconciliations. File and track reimbursements, credits and refunds through to completion.
Project a professional and supportive image to all parties in the screening of telephone calls and greeting guests. Prioritize people and situations in need of attention.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.
Serve as the liaison between the executive team and board members.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

5+ years working experience
Previous exposure to C-Level executives
Self-motivated and highly-organized.
Excellent administrative and organization skills
Experience working with Google’s suite of tools: Gmail, Sheets and Documents.
Ability to act as an editor in longform writing.
A deep desire to learn
Excellent listening skills
