As an integration manager, you will help our customers launch their integration with Dwolla and set their business up for long term success. You’ll be an integral part of our customers success.

An Integration Manager works with Dwolla’s customers to ensure a smooth and successful integration of Dwolla’s products. The primary focus of the Integration Manager is to proactively engage with customers through the application approval process as well as consult on proper terms of service and privacy policy disclosures, electronic notifications, information security, and other legal and ACH compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to an assigned Customer, including being the captain the internal team and partner through implementation and integration of Dwolla’s technology
Work closely with internal stakeholders including account management, sales, legal, risk and compliance, accounting, and product to facilitate successful Customer integrations and needs
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop and maintain “trusted advisor” relationships by demonstrating deep product knowledgeable and exceptional service
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Knowledge and Experience:
Experience in customer facing role delivering business client-focused solutions
Strong technical aptitude
Ability to deliver world class customer service
BA/BS Degree preferred
Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to simplify complex requirements for customers
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment while paying strict attention to detail and customer needs
Ability to identify business problems and propose effective solutions
Self-directed and resourceful; willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic
Excellent listening and presentation skills
