We are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to develop, choreograph, and drive execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategic go-to market programs that build pipeline, retain customers, and grow customer lifetime value.
Create, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to capture, engage, convert and retain multiple customer segments
Grow our marketing database, activate our contacts, and increase online engagement through digital advertising, website, email, SEO strategies, and additional new, innovative channels
Create highly targeted, integrated programs utilizing content-focused value propositions and key differentiators aligned with audience segments that drive awareness and impact specified organizational goals
Responsible for choreographing the execution of all marketing campaigns and programs across cross-functional teams
Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross functional teams to integrate communications and promotion of marketing activities
Communicate all marketing campaigns, activities, and feedback through regular communication and follow up to cross functional teams and stakeholders
Build nurturing campaigns that drive loyalty, evangelism, and educate the customer
Manage the roadmap and timely execution of resources, logistics, budgeting, and social media strategies as related to campaigns
Measure, analyze, and report back on campaign performance — both high level and tactic-based
Communicate campaign results with all stakeholders and make recommendations for improvements based on performance
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience connecting digital marketing campaigns with customer lifecycle and tracking with automation platforms (Pardot experience a plus)
3+ years of experience in marketing required
Experience with B2B Software-as-a-Service offerings a major plus
Deep knowledge of B2B marketing methods, tools and strategies; ability to plan, develop and execute complex multi-channel campaigns that drive conversions
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Proven track record in working with cross functional teams, getting buy-in and executing marketing plans, and staying focused on “getting it done” in a fast-moving startup environment
