LWBJ Capital Advisors, the consulting and investment banking division of LWBJ, is currently seeking a candidate to join our team as a Manager. In addition to a sharp, analytical mind, we seek candidates with initiative and integrity, strong communication skills, commitment, and the ability to work as part of a team.

The work will include:

  • Financial modeling

  • Business valuations

  • Investment banking/M&A

  • Accounting and financial due diligence

  • Market research

  • Prepare business plans/presentations

  • All other duties as assigned

You should possess:

  • 4-6 years relevant work experience

  • CPA license a requirement

  • Proven work ethic and ability to meet deadlines

  • Proven research and due diligence skills

  • Strong finance and accounting background including extensive experience in financial modeling

  • Prior business transaction experience

  • Excellent organization and communication skills with strong attention to detail in both written and oral communications

  • Ability to lead a project and effectively communicate with clients and team members

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to work independently as part of a team

  • Interest in pursuing valuation credentials (e.g. ABV, CVA, CFA)

  • Interest in pursuing Investment Banking Securities Licensing

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
