We are seeking an Operations Lead to ensure the core business functions and internal systems of the company are running smoothly. You’ll partner with the Founder and CEO to execute and operationalize strategy. You’ll collaborate with other team leaders to develop processes and systems that help teams be successful. You’ll also manage key operational activities, such as human resources and employee relations, financial and operational reporting, contractor relationships, KPI reporting, financial reporting, financial modelling and business administrative tasks. Your leadership will help set company culture and positively impact the farmland real estate industry and a team of people focused on making land sales simple, instant and online.


  • Partner with the CEO on leadership, advisory, and strategic planning meetings
  • Accountable for developing and tracking OKRs and KPIs to execute the company’s operating plan
  • Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external
  • Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company
  • Responsible for all finance, legal, HR and IT activities of the company
  • Support the CEO to organize and prepare board documentation
  • Nurture and develop all third-party vendor and contractor relationships
  • Help develop and manage employee on-boarding and training programs
  • Represent the company with clients, investors, business partners, contractors, and regulators where necessary

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience helping operationalize and scale business functions
  • Experience building, implementing, and overseeing operational processes and systems
  • Confident and analytical leader
  • Able to problem-solve, execute flawlessly and make decisions quickly
  • Experience creating OKRs, KPIs and metrics for a company in a high growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth analysis of industry market trends, addressable markets and implementing forecasting techniques
  • Possesses exceptional communication skills that are transparent, appropriately challenging and conducive to an environment where issues are identified and resolved
  • Must be an individual with integrity and high ethical standards that is comfortable with creating systems of accountability
  • Bonus: Experience in commercial or agricultural real estate
  • Bonus: Experience in or working with B2B SaaS organizations
  • Bonus: Computer science or engineering background
