We are seeking a Product Manager to help design, create and execute product strategies to build and optimize the core FarmlandFinder product lines. You’ll serve as a leader to the software development team, manage the product road-map and interface directly with clients to champion their voice and translate their needs into enjoyable product.


  • Responsible for building roadmaps, sprint planning, talking with customers, gathering functional requirements and developing user experience
  • Design and develop software wireframes, mockups and user-experience flow with and translate them to technical requirements for engineers to execute and build
  • Execute at a high level, servicing your internal clients to ensure an on-time delivery of high quality products in accordance with stated business and technical objectives
  • Understand the nuances in software to identify (and remove) blockers from the development process
  • Work with engineering team to successfully partner on design, QA testing and product release
  • Collaborate with and inspire internal partners to execute the overall product vision and strategy
  • Track and analyze metrics to provide recommendations on product enhancements
  • Serve as product expert and resource for sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Research, identify, and prioritize opportunities for customer engagement
  • The ‘go-to’ person between business and technical development teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6 to 10+ years of experience in product management with a B2B SaaS product
  • Experience with startups, working in fast-paced, high-accountability, agile environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and non-technical speak
  • Product design experience and ability to create wireframes, mockups & product maps
  • Strong problem-solving skills to accelerate our efforts to think and plan strategically
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven and execution oriented
  • Ability to work across multiple product lines with a variety of stakeholders to achieve your objectives
  • Bonus: computer science or engineering background
  • Bonus: education or professional exposure to data and analytics
  • Bonus: experience with farming or agricultural real estate
